If left unprotected, the heat transmitted from an infra-red can distort exposed plastic mouldings and composites materials.  This can lead to the potential replacement of expensive panels at a cost to profit.

Alumask® has been designed to reduce the radiant heat wave absorbed from an Infra-red unit by displacing its thermal energy by means of a low emissivity value.

Note: Care should be taken to follow the manufactures guidelines when sighting an Infra-red against the drying panel surface.  The emissivity value of Alumask can be reduce when fully covered with paint.
