HTO OEM Paint Masking Film

• High temperature 140°C > 160°C
• Available: 24μm > 30μm
• Clear translucent, antistatic

HTO is a high temperature masking film used in OEM paint repair and production.  The product can also be used with short wave or medium wave infra-red dryers.

The absorbent masking film has anti-staining properties and will not paint flake when dry.  The HTO has a permanent antistatic behaviour for use with electrostatic spray equipment and can be safely wet or dry demasked.

The material is heat resistant 160°C x 30 mins cycle drying time.

HTO and the HTOb variant can be produced in continuous sheeting, perforated lengths or welded car covers on a standard 1m core.  The film is also available on multi-folded on compact 200m rolls or pre-taped.  The product is produced to order in widths 100mm > 4.6m width.

HTZa OEM Paint Masking Film

• High temperature 180°C > 200°C
• Available: 18μm > 40μm
• Clear translucent, antistatic

HTZa is an ultra-high temperature masking film used in OEM paint repair and production.

The absorbent masking film has anti-staining properties will not paint flake when dry.  The high tensile strength of the film allows the HTZa to be used with circulating fans within the OEM bake cycle without tearing.

The material can be used in conjunction with electrostatic spray equipment and is heat resistant 180°C x 45 mins.

HTZa can be produced in continuous sheeting or perforated length covers, multi-folded on compact rolls or standard 1m cores.  The product is produced to order and available from 200mm > 5m width.
